Overview 

Staff members should have individual business cards. KU has an approved vendor for business cards. 

Process 

  1. To order business cards, schedule a 15-minute meeting with your team admin. Before setting up the meeting, please review with your supervisor how your job title should appear on the card. 
  2. For the appointment, you will need the following information: name, job title as it should appear on the card, and contact information (i.e. phone number, email).  
  3. Allow at least two weeks for card delivery.
